Found out it is a good idea to make sure the door of an upright freezer is closed tight or you might get your feet wet not to mention food that has to be thrown out and having to spend the morning defrosting what ice is left which is really a two person job on a morning that I was headed out for the big sales. The upside is that I saved some money but it did not do much for my disposition. Waited for a contractor this evening who was a hour late - why is it these people always keep you waiting - cannot be good for business I would think!!

Another home for sale in our immediate area - makes three this summer - it never rains but it pours and it has also been doing that a bit too much lately. Thanks to Kevin and Elaine we had a very nice day at the cottage, beautiful place - great to spend time with Em and Maddie and also with Nancy and Benjamin.
